Rosemond Brown, also known as Akuapem Poloo, has been sentenced to 90 days in prison following the rejection of her appeal.
After being detained a few months ago for posting nude images on her social media platform, the actress and video vixen has been reporting to the court. Akuapem Poloo exposed her son’s and her own nudity in public, which is against the country’s laws.
Akuapem Poloo was arrested and sentenced to 90 days in prison for revealing her son’s nudity on social media a few months ago, but her lawyers came out to appeal for bail, and she was released.
Her bail was set at GHc80,000 with two sureties by the court. She was also ordered to report to the case investigator every two weeks and to submit her passport to the court’s registrar.
In the most recent update, Justice Ruby Aryeetey of the Accra High Court sentenced her to 90 days in prison after the court declined her appeal.
