Samuel Arbuah, the Chief Executive Officer of Sekondi Hasaacas, has stated that he has no regrets in accepting the coveted job at the club.

Following the resignation of then-IMC chairman Eric Kwesi Essel, the ambitious businessman was named CEO of Sekondi Hasaacas in 2018.

Despite the critiques and problems his management has experienced, the vivacious and innovative CEO stated he had no regrets about accepting the position.

“I have no regrets about taking over Hasaacas; I expected the obstacles I would encounter before joining the club, but I never imagined I would spend so much money on a league season that would be cancelled.”

“As for the comments and slams from the fans, I was expecting them before I joined the club.
That isn’t to say I don’t regret it since Hasaacas has provided me with a platform to reach out to a large number of people.

Nobody knew me before I got the Hasaacas position, and the mileage I’ve acquired from Hasaacas is so great that no amount of money could compensate for it,” Mr. Samuel Arbuah told Takoradi’s Ahoto FM in an interview.

Meanwhile, after the resignation of head coach Mustapha Fudail, Sekondi Hasaacas are preparing for the 2019 division one league with former assistant coach Joseph Agyemang Jnr leading the squad for the season.

Hasaacas will be without a number of key players from last season, including Philip Flamini, who has joined Karela United, goalkeeper Anthony Brebo, who has joined WAFA, and ace defender Samuel Abeiku Ainooson, who has joined WAFA.

With fresh additions to the roster, the club placed tenth in the division one league last season and is keen to make a case for themselves this season.
