Chelsea manager Graham Potter has stated that Hakim Ziyech possesses quality and has assured him of more playing time ahead of the return to Premier League action.

Hakim Ziyech was a key player of Morocco’s World Cup-winning team, finishing in the top four in this year’s Mondial.

However, before going to the World Cup, the Moroccan international failed to establish a regular starting XI for Chelsea and aims to return in fantastic form for the Blues.

Potter believes Hakim Ziyech can contribute positively to this Chelsea side as they eye success for yet another season.

“Here at Chelsea we know his qualities and we like him. I spoke to Hakim as there are always players who are not in starting XI and have to be patient”.

“I’m delighted for him to get the game time and help the team”.
