Former President John Dramani Mahama will visit Western North Region as part of his thank you tour on Friday, September 10, 2021.
Western North Regional Communication officer of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) party, Sam Jerome disclosed this to the media and said, all is set for the Ex- President, John Mahama to visit the Western North Region tomorrow.
“H.E John Dramani Mahama will be in the Western North region tomorrow God willing to continue his thank you tour,” he said.
According to him, former President Mahama’s reasons for coming to the Western North region is to show appreciation and thank the citizens for their vote and support for NDC during the 2020 general elections.
“His purpose for the visit it to show appreciation to the residents and thank the region for their efforts in the 2020 general elections. The visit is justifiable in the region because it is a newly created region and there is a need to do so,” he indicated.
Speaking to the media, Mr Sam Jerome also said that, as a leader there is a responsibility and the need to work hard to accomplish what you have begun and not done yet.
” You can’t abandon what you’re assigned to do, a leader must see that, whatever is started should be completed, “he added.
