Valley View College has bestowed an honorary Doctorate Diploma upon Akosua Frema Osei-Opare, the Chief of Staff, in recognition of her remarkable accomplishments and unparalleled contributions to the development of Ghana.
As the first female Chief of Staff in Ghana, Osei-Opare is widely acknowledged for her outstanding efforts in promoting rural development and gender equality, both within Ghana and beyond.
She is a global icon with a profound commitment to social welfare initiatives and skill development in vulnerable communities.
Prior to her appointment as Chief of Staff, Osei-Opare served in various capacities in both the private and public sectors, including two terms as a Member of Parliament for the Ayawaso West Wuogon Constituency in the Greater Accra Region under the banner of the governing New Patriotic Party (NPP).
