Ghanaian Highlife musician Kofi Kinaata speaking on Agoo TV/Kasapa 102.5 fm outlined, Effiakuma Love song was inspired by Lydia Forson.
The host of the show asked Kofi Kinaata what inspired him to write a reggae song whiles he is best known for highlife songs.
Kofi Kinaata in response laughed and said, His inspiration was from Lydia Forson, He explained, Lydia Forson dueted a post that she wishes a musician will sing about how unique fante women are, talking about how fante women combine education with housekeeping and kitchen duties.
Kofi Kinaata stated people on social media started tagging him with the post from Twitter and other platforms, Kofi says, he saw the post but played dumb despite getting an idea on that would inform his choice of lyrics for the sensational song, Effiakuma Love which is making waves all over the world.
